Ilka Heinze

Ilka Heinze graduated in business administration and additionally holds a master's degree in psychological research methods. Her dissertation research focussed on learning experiences in the aftermath of failure. She gained about 20 years of professional expertise in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development, mainly in the professional services industry. Since 2012 she works as interim manager and HR consultant. Furthermore she is lecturing Management, Strategy & Organizational Development and Human Resources Management at several German universities. Her main research interests lay in the field of entrepreneurial learning, organizational development as well as risk and decision taking. Ilka is a member of BPW (Business & Professional Women) Berlin , BNI Berlin, and affiliate member of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development), UK.
